Delivery Timeframes: Wondering when your order will arrive? We've got you covered.

 

Within the UK (Mainland Only):

• Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days.

• Next Day delivery ensures delivery within one working day, Monday through Thursday. Orders received after 1 PM on a Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday.

• For ultimate convenience, Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost.

 

Within the EU (Mainland Europe):

• Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days.

 

Rest of the World:

• International orders typically take 4-5 working days for delivery, subject to customs clearance.

 

Delivery Charges:

Our standard tracked UK charge is £4.80, covering both packing and postage to mainland UK addresses for 'small' products (less than 2kg).

Free Delivery Offer:

Retail orders over £50.00 qualify for free standard delivery within the UK mainland. All delivery charges are clearly displayed during the checkout process before and after order confirmation. (Please note: All prices include VAT at the current prevailing rate.)

Delivery Schedule:

Our standard delivery, facilitated by couriers, occurs within 2-3 working days of placing your order. Expect delivery between 8 AM and 6 PM. Should any items you've requested be temporarily out of stock, we'll promptly notify you via email.

Great news – we deliver worldwide!

Shipping costs are presented during checkout. If your country isn't listed during the checkout process, simply drop us an email at info@afghano.co.uk with your desired items, and we'll provide a manual quotation.

Coverage:

We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. For certain island or remote areas of the UK mainland (postcodes: AB, BT, DD, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, PA, PH, PO30 - PO41, TR21 - TR25, ZE), delivery may take a bit longer and may incur slightly higher charges. If your delivery address raises any security concerns, we may reach out to you to arrange alternative arrangements.

What Happens if I'm Unavailable During Delivery?

Our delivery schedule typically falls on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, spanning from 9 AM to 5:30 PM. If, by chance, you're not present at the delivery location, rest assured that our courier will leave behind a card to confirm their attempt to deliver your parcel. On this card, you'll find a contact number. Feel free to use this number to either arrange a convenient redelivery time or coordinate a direct collection from the courier's depot.

Handling Unsuccessful Deliveries:

Please be advised that in the event of multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts (though this might not be the norm), your items will be returned to our warehouse. It's important to note that the specific situation regarding delivery attempts has evolved due to factors such as Covid-19 and staff shortages, particularly affecting Royal Mail. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for covering any associated shipping costs.

 

Partial Order Arrival:

If you find that only a portion of your ordered items has been delivered, and there are items missing in comparison to what was outlined in your order confirmation email, we're here to assist. Eligibility: You may return unopened and unused products within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Exceptions: Please note that we cannot accept returns for opened or used products, as well as products that are not in their original condition.
